Now back to serious business
Tomorrow June 26th, the House of Representatives votes on the Waxman-Markey Cap and Trade bill, a huge energy tax that will cause your energy bills to sky rocket. If you don’t believe me, listen to President Obama. He’s the one who said it:
“[U]nder my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.” — Barack Obama
Please call Congress at 202-224-3121 and tell them to vote NO on HR 2454. You can read a lot of great analysis at Big Government in your Wallet, which says you will pay $4600 a year more in energy costs.
