Rick Warren Forum

I wanted to watch all of the Rick Warren Forum tonight but wasn’t able to.  I saw part of Obama’s interview and I was not impressed. His answers were an exercise in circumlocution. And from what I’ve read elsewhere,

I was able to return to the forum at the last 10 or so minutes of John McCain’s interview. From just those few minutes, it was so clear to see how different their styles were.  McCain didn’t talk around anything, he answered the questions clearly and concisely.

This forum will re-air tomorrow night at 8:00pm and I’ll be tuning in.

John Hawkins at Right Wing News live blogged the event, so he’s a great resource for conservative analysis. Both Michelle Malkin and Hot Air had open comment posts.

Update: I just read through the posts at The Corner, one of my favorite blogs, and noted how both K-Lo, Mark Levin said that even though they don’t agree with McCain on many issues, they were very impressed with his answers and how much more impressive he was than Obama, which tells me many other conservatives reacted similarly. If McCain did anything tonight to help himself, it is that he may have pulled the conservative base into his corner.

If you’re a McCain fan, be sure to stop by McCain Blogs.

    Mommy,

I do not agee with McCain on every stand, but at least he takes stands to begin with. Obama is like John Kerry, only perhaps even with less core beliefs.

The “Evil” question sealed it for me.

Anyway, I came across your site through Michelle Malkin’s site.

If you like what you read, I hope you are open to a link or blogroll exchange. I get a decent amount of traffic (not Malkin sized though!).

    Either way, happy blogging!

    Respectfully,
